1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quotation or booking any service with JTMO Mapping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

JTMO Mapping provides vehicle ECU remapping, gearbox/TCU tuning, diagnostics and related automotive software services.

All services are subject to vehicle compatibility and inspection before work begins.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you confirm that:

• You are the owner of the vehicle or have the owner’s permission.

• The information you provide is accurate.

• Your vehicle is in suitable mechanical condition.

• Any existing faults or modifications have been disclosed before work begins.

JTMO Mapping reserves the right to refuse work where a vehicle is considered unsuitable or unsafe.

4. Pricing

All quotations are provided in good faith based on the information supplied.

Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle specification, software compatibility or additional work required.

5. Diagnostics

Diagnostics are included free of charge where a remap or approved service is carried out.

If tuning cannot proceed due to ECU compatibility, software limitations or pre-existing vehicle faults, a diagnostic or assessment fee of £50 may apply where previously advised.

6. Vehicle Tuning

While every effort is made to ensure safe and reliable software calibration, vehicle tuning may place additional stress on mechanical components.

JTMO Mapping cannot be held responsible for failures caused by existing wear, poor maintenance, hidden faults or components operating beyond their design limits.

7. EGR, DPF & AdBlue Modifications

EGR, DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and AdBlue modifications are supplied for off-road, motorsport, agricultural, commercial or other legally permitted vehicles only.

These modifications are not intended for vehicles used on public roads. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

JTMO Mapping accepts no responsibility for the use of modified vehicles on public highways.

8. Cancellations

Customers should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Deposits, where applicable, may be retained to cover costs already incurred.

9. Warranty & Liability

Any warranty offered applies only to the software supplied by JTMO Mapping unless otherwise stated.

We are not liable for:

• Existing vehicle faults.

• Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to our workmanship.

• Loss of earnings, business interruption or consequential losses.

• Damage resulting from misuse, racing, competition or failure to maintain the vehicle.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, images and written material remain the property of JTMO Mapping unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to These Terms

JTMO Mapping reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be published on this website.
